We're always looking for new coaches to bring a fresh spirit to our games. There are many benefits to being a coach, especially if that coach is also a parent. 

STEP 1:Fill out manager application 

STEP 2: Shortly after completing  a manager application. Our Player Agent will confirm the receipt by sending you an ASA Coach Background Check Form via email. Please print out the form & make a copy (or take a photo) of your Driver’s License and email it along with the form back to the Player Agent.

STEP 3: Look out for the time and date of the next Manager Meeting! We will post it on our website and will email all applicants. Also, make sure to go and find us on Facebook and Instagram.

There are so many fulfilling and intrinsic reasons to being a coach. We’ve highlighted a few to get you thinking, prior to filling out the manager application. 

• Commitment: If you’re a parent…you lock yourself in to be involved, and be actively engaged!
• Understanding: Meet the other parents and see what other families are doing to better their child’s lives! Excellent way to network.​​​​​​​
•  Community: Get involved with your community in a way that directly benefits you and your immediate surroundings! 
• Patience: Slow down, and get to work eye-to-eye with other kids and learn to understand their developmental perspective! 
• Give and Receive: Every coach appreciates each and every moment with our girls, and always walks away inspired. What’s more, is that the girls leave feeling positivity, strength, respect, and confidence for all areas of their life
